Jamie Schneiderman · Managing Partner, Unstuck Your Business
Credibility, reliability, and how well you know the client all matter. But when you’re competing against other good firms, they’re often table stakes.
The bigger difference is self-orientation.
When professionals stop trying so hard to prove they’re smart, they ask better questions, listen more carefully, frame problems with the client, and handle difficult moments better.
That is how client trust is earned.

More client trust delivers the 3 R’s of Trust:
This isn’t charm school.
It’s not about making smart professionals nicer.
It’s about helping them reduce self-orientation and earn more trust in real client conversations.

Scott Armstrong co-founded Brainrider in 2010 and still runs it. He has more than 20 years teaching, coaching, and practicing trust-building inside a successful client-services business. He built Win The Question because those skills are teachable, and almost nobody teaches them. He works with ambitious professionals in agency, consulting, accounting, and law firms: people paid for their judgment, not just their time. He also skis and rides motorcycles in places his insurance company would rather he didn’t.
